​​Hi my name is Ashley and I'm the administrator here at Bright Beginnings. I've been here since 2009 and have been in all classrooms and now currently run the office and financials, helping my mom Candy run the center.  I love working with kids. I married my husband John in 2019. We have 4 children together; Addi, Easton, Madelyn, and Mack. We also have a dog Johnny Cash, a dog Scooby and a cat named Athena. I come from a big family. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family, camping and binge watching just about anything on tv.

​​My name is Sharda and I'm the assistant director. I am 23 years old with a daughter Quinyana and infant son Ka'Marion. I have been at Bright Beginnings since December of 2018. My favorite color is grey and I love the movie Polar Express. I enjoy working with kids. I come from a household with all brothers in Orlando, Florida. I moved here in middle school. I plan to one day go back to school for cosmetology.

Here at Bright Beginnings we have four members of the management team. All four ladies are very excited to be on the Bright Beginnings Team and are always there to help.

My name is Candy and I am the owner of Bright Beginnings Academy for Kids. I opened the center in 2008 and spent 10 years being the administrator before stepping down to become a consultant in the child care industry. I am available to the management team for consultation and I also create the policies and procedures required to maintain compliance with licensing requirements and high quality practices.
Outside of work I have a very large family. I live in Oshkosh with my significant other Erney. I have 5 grown daughters (with son in laws) and he has 2 children. We have 4 grandchildren. I love spending time with them. I love being in nature and enjoying life with the people I love.
