My name is Candy and I am the owner of Bright Beginnings Academy for Kids. I opened the center in 2008 and spent 10 years being the administrator before stepping down to become a consultant in the child care industry. I am available to the management team for consultation and I also create the policies and procedures required to maintain compliance with licensing requirements and high quality practices. Outside of work I have a very large family. I live in Oshkosh with my significant other, Erney. I have 5 grown daughters (with son in-laws) and he has 2 children. We have 4 grandchildren. I love spending time with them. I love being in nature and enjoying life with the people I love.

Hi, my name is Kailie! As the director at Bright Beginnings Academy, I am proud to support our families and create a nurturing environment where every child can grow and thrive. I’m also a mother, so I understand the importance of community, care, and connection.

I’ve been with BBA since 2024, and it’s been a wonderful journey to contribute to the development of our young learners. Outside of work, I’m an avid reader, passionate gardener, and love spending time outdoors. I also enjoy volunteering with my local Lions Club and traveling to explore new places and cultures.

At the heart of everything I do, whether at work or in my personal life, is a deep commitment to service, kindness, and helping others. I look forward to getting to know you and your children as part of our family!

Hi, my name is Ashley and I'm the administrator here at Bright Beginnings. I've been here since 2009 and have been in all classrooms but now currently run the financials. I love working with kids. I married my husband John in 2019. We have 4 children together; Addi, Easton, Madelyn and Mack. We also have 2 dogs, Johnny Cash and Scooby, and a cat named Athena. I come from a big family. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family, camping and binge watching just about anything on TV.
